Is this YouTube Kids?
No. UTubeParents is an independent viewer built on the official YouTube embed player and the YouTube Data API. It combines strict safe-search browsing with a channel allowlist you control, so your kids can also watch quality channels that YouTube Kids does not include.
Can my child leave kid mode?
Not without your PIN. The grown-ups button asks for it before showing anything else.
What happens when screen time runs out?
The player stops and your child sees a friendly all-done screen. The clock resets each day, and you can change the limit anytime.
